EXPOSED: The bliss that the central Ministry Of Environment & Forests is currently enjoying, ignoring its own orders & every effort to awaken it from the forced slumber.
For a very long time, the issue of the Adarsh society has been away from the public eye, with issues dragging on in courts and other fora. Nothing much seems to be happening, one would say.
However, documents that we accessed and put into the public domain last week show that perhaps there is a design to the inaction. In the following three video-links, you will find how the central ministry is not just avoiding us (yes, we had sought an explanation from them before airing the story) but also its own which include the top law officer or the Additional Solicitor General’s advice as well as prodding from the Indian Army who sees the building, even though empty now, as a security threat and wants it demolished.
